I woke up this morning in a sugar hangover. I started the day yesterday eating about 6 Cinnamon Rolls and Eggs Benedict casserole and ended the day eating my weight in sugar cookies and Oreo Truffles. I’ve sworn off sugar…until lunch at least. This savory Blue Cheese Artichoke Dip is the perfect cure to balance out all of that sweetness. For me, New Year’s Eve is all about appetizers and games until the ball drops. I could survive on appetizers alone and not feel like I’m missing a thing.Blue Cheese Artichoke Dip - a warm and creamy dip with blue cheese and artichokes. the-girl-who-ate-everything.comIt’s easily made in a food processor. I had it in the oven in less than five minutes. Cream cheese, parmesan cheese, artichokes, green onions, mayo and blue cheese is what’s inside. The blue cheese isn’t the prominent flavor here though so non-blue cheese lovers will enjoy it as well.Blue Cheese Artichoke Dip - a warm and creamy dip with blue cheese and artichokes. the-girl-who-ate-everything.comWheat Thins work great here for dipping. 1. Oooooh, yum! This sounds delicious!

  2. Would you share the Eggs Benedict casserole recipe you used? I have been looking for one!

  3. I don’t see artichokes and I don’t see green onions in the recipe but they’re mentioned. Can you please let me know?
    Thanks,
    R.

  4. There’s no going wrong here! How have I never paired bleu cheese & artichoke? Must. Try. ASAP.

  5. Is it possible for you to change the print-out recipe to include the actual name of the recipe instead of “New Year’s Eve Parties?” I’ve made the several times now and it’s a favorite of mine. Thanks!
